We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, and international shipping is available at an additional cost. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If the board has been already created, it will ship within 3 business days.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns only if the cutting board is defective. If you receive a defective board, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Please note that wood grain variations are not considered defects.
