Payment: I accept payment through our website using major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Shipping: I offer free shipping within the United States. International shipping is available at an additional cost. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your custom-made cutting board to be created and shipped. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that I am responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred during international shipping.
Returns: I stand behind the quality of my products and offer returns only if the cutting board is defective. If you receive a defective board, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that wood grain variations are not considered defects.
Engraving: I offer custom engraving of up to 3 inches. Please ensure that the text you provide is spelled correctly, as I will not be responsible for any errors in the engraving due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Care Instructions: To maintain the quality and longevity of your cutting board, I recommend hand-washing it with mild soap and warm water. Do NOT soak the board or put it in the dishwasher. Regularly apply a food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood moisturized and prevent cracking. Please visit Care page for more details.
Size Variations: Please note that variations in size may occur due to the custom-made nature of our cutting boards. Size variations of up to 0.5 inches may occur.
Wood Grain Variations: Please note that the wood grain of each cutting board is unique and natural, and may differ from the product image. Wood grain variations are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Heritage Wood Art and may not be used without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Heritage Wood Art be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of company’s products or website.
